Using different in vitro and in vivo techniques, the methodology is able to analyse and develop molecular markers and tools to select and/or improve plants.

It has been developed in a Portuguese University a new technology that consists of a method for producing electronic devices with an oxygen diffusion barrier, ultra-thin, with the composition of metal-Mg. The industry of electronic devices has among its biggest challenges the control of oxidation of metal electrodes. Manufacturers of electronic devices and / or MOSFET transistors (acronym for Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) are sought for the licensing agreement.
